I had working capital and payed off within 6 months, Payed and got a email saying I can reapply about 5 days ago but keeps declining me anyone else have had this thank you in advance
Did you switch to Zettle? Because there are a number of people that have been declined on new applications because they are no longer using Paypal and Paypal here.
Yeah if you switched to zettle, it's the reason and there is no official date when it will be resolved. Since they are killing off PayPal Here, maybe that will put a fire under their collective butts and get this fixed. Otherwise, I think it's safe to say that PayPal Capitol is going to see a huge decline in the coming year. They don't make money if they can't sell new loans.
