can i get a personal loan from PayPal?!

Can i get a personal - not business - loan from PayPal?! my account is verified and linked to my bank account, as well my mastercard.

Location: Germany, in case this involves any kind of regulations.

I understand you're interested in a personal loan from PayPal. At this time, we only offer PayPal Working Capital loans in Germany, which are for business accounts only.
