Bill pay issue with CenterPoint Energy

I'm trying to add CenterPoint Energy in the Bill Pay section to pay my gas bill and when the popup window comes up to add the account information, it changes to AEP. AEP is electric. It obviously doesn't recognize my account number after that. It used to be under Vectren but now it's paid under CenterPoint.
Things I've tried:
- First searching for CenterPoint, which brings up 3 options. None work with my account number.
- Typing in Vectren, which used to be the gas company and it brings up CenterPoint. When I use that option it changes it to AEP.

I have the same issue, I was finally able to have my account number accepted using Reliant as the vendor, I scheduled a small payment which was accepted but never credited to my account. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Same issue, I'm wondering if it only works for electric and not gas.
Edit: According to this reddit thread, the issue is you have to put in CenterPoint's zipcode ([Removed]), not your own. That let me add the account, but not sure if it's working. I put in a test payment.
