Can't redeem my points

I can't redeem my points either. It says I have 500 points. When I click redeem I can't select redeem for cash. It does nothing. But if I touch the redeem shopping credit it just tells me to do it at checkout choose pay with rewards option. And I haven't seen that either.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to redeem your reward points. You can visit the Honey Redemption Page to redeem your PayPal Rewards points for several different benefits such as option to receive a PayPal Shopping Credit which can be used as a payment towards shopping inside PayPal's mobile app or used to pay for part of or all a purchase wherever Checkout with PayPal is supported. I suggest you to try some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please contact the support team to look into this further.

When I redeem my points it switches the remainder of the payment to credit card and does not allow me to select my PayPal balance for the remainder of the purchase.  This seems bogus.  Some purchases I do not want to use a credit card.  If I select to pay with  my balance it removes the option to redeem points.

Redemption of my Citi Bank reward points is no longer offered as an option at checkout. I have spoken to support, and they say to send an email, which goes to Honey. 

 

Anyone found this problem and a solution?

Hi, I'm also unable to access my points via check out, have just spent an hour with help but they were unable to assist!

Same issue here with 3 different credit cards that have rewards available and with multiple vendors, including vendors it was previously an option. PayPal is no help but they did “escalate” my issue.
