Can you use pay in 4 on eBay purchases?

Just curious if you can use pay in 4 on eBay. Doesn't give the option to so I wasn't for sure. Couldnt find a list of all merchants that you can use it on so any information would be helpful.

From my experience It has not been an option on Ebay

I thought Pay in 4 was available regardless of merchant. It used to show up for anything I buy except on Amazon, since it won't use PayPal.

This same problem with me . when I want to withdrawal with Robotic screwdriving systems . After long research I find this option not on ebay.

same when I was ordering a Motorcycle Helmet but didn't find this option on eBay then I cancelled it.
