Cognito Forms/PayPal integration no longer working

We’ve had PayPal (PP) connected through Cognito Forms (CF) for a few years with no issues. A few months ago, we noticed that credit card (CC) was no longer an option and there was a message in CF that says “While you can collect payment, PayPal needs more information to enable Advanced Credit and Debit Card payments.” We clicked the “needs more information” link and then answered a bunch of business questions, and all was fine. The message has reappeared and CC is gone again. Clicking the “needs more information” link now takes us to PP where there is a message that just says “Thank you for providing all the required information. You're all set, and your account is back to normal.” But the CF message is still there and there is still no CC option. Also, in Safari, there are no payment options at all – no PP, CC, Venmo, nothing. We’ve reached out to PP support multiple times but aren’t receiving any help. I did have a support agent (Carl Turner) on email for a few days but he has stopped responding. Please help us with these issues asap as we’re losing sales and are about to launch another fundraising form in the next week and would like to be able to collect payments.
