Collect Tax In Payment

We reached the threshold in Washington for sales tax purposes and we need to know who can we collect it via PayPal when charging clients.

I see you're looking to add tax for your payments in PayPal. With PayPal payment buttons (PayPal Payments Standard), you can have PayPal calculate sales tax (also called value-added tax or VAT) automatically. PayPal calculates sales taxes based on rates that you specify in your account profile. More information about customizing your check out page can be found here.
