Google Play store promotion make purchase over £3 and receive £10 credit. I make a purchase at the start of the promotion period but have not received email regarding credit

How long does £3 Google play promo take to get £10 PayPal reward. As its been 4 days and I've not even recieved an email confirming things

This is the promotion Im referring to 

I was notified by my phone so I gave it a try and it said I qualified,, so I added my paypal to google, like it said. It even said it was applied by google.

Yet, I never received any email from paypal beyond the confirmation receipt.

I read the terms and conditions, I qualified

The same thing happened with the venmo 10$ offer last year. I'm fairly confident they try and lessen how many people they actually give it to (beyond tricky terms and conditions) to save $

Always looking to run some eye-catching promotion that never follows through. This is exactly the type of thing that makes me just want to cancel my credit line and credit card with them and move on like the rest of America has already done..

I considered opening a ticket in the resolution center, but that section is in worse shape than PayPal's stock forecasts..

Don't fall for these promotions.
