Google Play store promotion make purchase over £3 and receive £10 credit. I make a purchase at the start of the promotion period but have not received email regarding credit

I received an email yesterday stating if I spend £3 on google play store I will get £10 free to my PayPal. I have followed instructions and have not received a voucher. I wouldn't have bought the game if not for the offer so can you let me know if I have got the offer. Thankyou

I got the same notification and it's 2024, said pay by 1st November and so I did, believing it was a 2024 promotion, just payed 4.99 on a game and don't receive any notification or information about the claim. This needs to be resolved by both paypal and Google so others don't fall for the same mistake.

Same thing happened to me this year (2024) with the same promotion. Showed at the checkout within the app but no Google credit received. Very disappointed. Logged a complaint and they are saying I didn't have the offer even though it showed at checkout. Definitely a very misleading way of doing business.
