Thursday Oct. 5, 2023 I've been trying to communicate with paypal about an unpaid promotion they offered me. When I was naking a purchase on the google play store, i received a popup promotion that stated i would recieve a $10 paypal credit by linking my palpal to the play store with my purchase. I recently switched from an iPhone back to an android device so I thought it's was like a perk or something. Ended up making a $17 purchase only to be completely ghosted by paypal on the $10 credit. I noticed lots of complaints about the same promo issue and was wondering if anyone was able to resolve this with paypal. Past experiences tell me it's not even worth the trouble and more than likely paypal won't pay up. Any advice is appreciated.
