Hi! How can I create my "PayPal Key" virtual card?

I found somewhere in internet what paypal has own virtual card "PayPal Key". Somewhere is instruction, that I can create "PayPal Key" from "wallet". I do not see anywhere in my Paypal application the botton "Create PayPal Key" or similar. Please advice.
