How can I Lock and unlock my Business Debit Card ?

How do I lock and unlock my 2 Business Debit Cards for safety when I am not using them? How do I do it from an Android and Laptop? I have 2 Business Debit Cards. I tried Google search and as usually PayPal responds in the Community without really answering so please PayPal stop it. Just be precise and answer our questions without the typical boxed answers that never answer anything. Its sad we are unable to go on the regular or business app and cannot find it ourselves without being detectives and Paypal's Youtube video says we can do it but doesnt say how. Then they turn off the comments section on Youtube so we cannot ask. I want to cry.

I understand your concern about locking and unlocking your PayPal Business Debit Card. All you have to do is follow these steps, Click PayPal Business Debit Card on your Dashboard page. Click Manage my card and you would get an option to lock/unlock it. If not, you may have to contact PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representatives can help you accordingly.

Though I appreciate your response it is one of the reasons I no longer trust PayPal. Whenever I ask a question in the Message Board or when I filed with the BBB I can never get a full answer or even an answer that has anything to do with what I asked. PayPal Employees make no effort to fully read our questions or address our issues. The escalation department even got most all of the dates and information wrong when they answered my BBB complaint. When there are issues with our accounts the message board and agents on the phone including some supervisors also GUESS at what the problem is because the PayPal system has become Big Brother and has a mind of its own. I asked you how to lock and unlock my Business Debit Cards from an Android Smartphone App and a Laptop and you said nothing about the App. I give up. I have been with PayPal for 20 years. There is simply no loyalty and zero accountability. We are all just a number unfortunately. I even have issues transferring money now from my bank to PayPal and OF COURSE no answer why this is happening. PayPal even **bleep** up my Cards. I have 2 Business Debit Cards and had an unauthorized charge on one of them. PAYPAL CANCELED THEM BOTH SO NOW I AM IN ECUADOR WITH NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY OR THE ABILITY TO PAY MY RENT. NOW I AM WAITING FOR 2 NEW CARDS THAT HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET TO BE SENT. The whole point of having two cards is tobe able to use the other one if I lose or have issues with the first one. But of course when I called very upset asking what happened I got 5 different answers. I am lucky that I was smart enough to get a Wise International Card and the ability to transfer money back and forth. A similar issue happened last year and Melody in Escalation promised to fix it but of course I cannot believe anything said to me. I am truly disappointed in PayPal as there is simply no accountability. I am now afraid to use PayPal again for my online business that I want to restart.
