How do I add the shipstation link to my box for Quick Links?

Just created a paypal business account.  I want easy access to create shipping labels quickly.   I found paypal shipping (shipstation) under the list of business tool apps.   appears an account holder can add links to a box of apps on their main page called Quick Links.   I cannot find specific steps to move/copy links from the Business Tools apps to the Quick Link box.  Can someone walk me through it? Thanks.

With PayPal Shipping powered by Ship Station, you can easily create and print shipping labels for both domestic and international shipments with USPS and UPS. To create and print a shipping label, go to your activity, select a transaction and click 'Print Shipping Label' which will take you to your Orders page in ShipStation. You just need to select your order, click on 'Apply Shipping Preset' and choose a a flat rate packaging option or your own preset and then Click Buy Label and follow the instructions. 

Once you've purchased a label, all you need to do is print and affix it to your package and then give the package to the carrier. Thank you Bindu, that is very helpful.   This will be very easy to use to create shipping labels for sales transactions posted to PayPal.   I also have a need to regularly create shipping labels for various kinds of business package requirements where there is not an associated Order or transaction on the activity list.   I will want to use Shipstation to create those labels.  Thus, how do I quickly get to Shipstation to create a label when there is no order or transaction to click on?   thanks!
