How do I create a gift certificate or voucher?

I have a client who runs a water ski school.  jodisskiskool.com  we have an online reservation calendar that uses paypal as its online processor.  My client would like to offer gift vouchers for his ski sets.  How do I create a coupon code for a voucher that someone can use when booking a ski training set?

Unfortunately it doesn't help me much because for some reason it identifies my account as Personal even though it's a Business Account...YMMV
