Added paypal and made perchase on google play store. Was supposed to get $10.00 after making $3.00 purchase. I haven't seen any money and when searching for issue I find where paypal says promotion was for $5.00 purchase and enxded in January 2023. I just did this 2 days ago. Is it a different promotion or where is my money ?

There was a get £10 for free after spending £3 or more on google play for a promotion and Ive done it but not received anything, do I have to wait or did it just not work?

Same I made the purchase now I'm seeing online that people aren't receiving emails with the reward. Seems as if the email with the promotion is being sent around falsely advertising a reward which is no longer available. It says limited to first 85,000 purchases but no way to know how many rewards may be left. They could just be duping people into spending money in Google Play with no rewards left.
