I'm trying to return some uniforms for my children's school that I purchased from the UK and the shipping is outrageous. The merchant says that if I purchased via Paypal I can activate "return shipping on us" and Paypal somehow will assist with the cost. I don't know how it works and I'd like someone to tell me how to activate this feature in my Paypal account, which is from Canada. Many thanks in advance.
