How to apply for Micropayments?

How can I apply for Micropayment for our company?

I searched the Online Help and Community pages, but I didn't find any information besides the information that I should contact Paypal.

I couldn't find a way to contact PayPal about this topic. Can anybody give me a solution on how to contact Paypal to be able to make this application?

If and only if its still available in your country then only paypal customer services can enable it for you.
