I recently got these message from paypal.
1st message; We will be putting your money on hold.
(I then applied for an increase in the hold amount)
2nd message: they turned me down and made some suggestions that I cannot make any sense of.
See below for details.
QUESTION: How do you effectively without having to pull your hair out with paypal bureaucracy - get the hold increased, so I can get my money quickly?
If no workable response, I will be leaving paypal for good.

You’re nearing a hold on instantly available money |
As your selling activity changes, payments above a certain amount per month may not be available right away. This gives us a chance to review these changes and keep transactions between you and your customers secure. |
We wanted to let you know that you’re nearing a limit on the amount that’s immediately available to you. After making $300.00 USD in sales for the month, you’ll receive money from additional sales once we confirm those orders are fulfilled. You can help us do so by adding tracking info to your orders and following other best practices. |
We’ll regularly revisit the amount that’s available to you instantly. You can also request that more money be available sooner. |
Here’s how to request an increase: |

|
We’ll usually respond right away, but sometimes it can take up to 3 business days. You can request an increase once every 30 days.
