You’ll have to contact support to give you an customer service email address that works. PayPal does not provide customer service email address on the net. Messaging though the message center is considered the way to ‘email’. And the forums do not allow posting of email addresses. They block it, except the email address to report spam.
Maybe the case not closed for marketplace because they have 10 days to appeal the case. Another option is to send marketplace what you owe by PayPal.

Hi, I am a shop owner, I need to contact Paypal by email because the marketplace where I am selling from asked me to contact Paypal by email not by Customer Support chat on my account or via phone call. Paypal's Customer Support Conversation with me on the chat is not honored by the Marketplace.
What happened was, I was charged on my card by the marketplace for a commission on a sale which should not be since comissions are taken out from the payments of the buyers. This has never happened before so I thought they double charged me for my Store plan. A dispute was opened on my behalf by a Paypal Customer Support. But right away when the marketplace was notified of the dispute they shut down my shop.And explained to me I was not doubole charged for anything but charged for a comission and if I don't cancel the case my shop will not be opened.
So I canceled the case on their favor BUT Paypal refunded me and I won the case, which should not have happened because I closed the case in their favor. Now the marketplace want's the case reversed on their favor because according to them it's still not close and they want to be refunded back.
Paypal's customer support said since the case is closed it cannot be reopened and told me to just refund the money back. I will gladly do so but the Marketplace asked me to Contact Paypal by email or else my shop will be terminated.
This is the reason why I need Paypal's Customer Support Email. If you know, kindly tell me. I will really appreciate it.
