Invoice Printing is broken, again

Printing invoices worked okay last week but something has changed and I can no longer print an invoice in any professional looking way. The current format has incredibly large font, no page graphics, the amount is split onto two lines (for the amount of $5,282.42, the last 2 is on the next line)--the whole invoice looks like it was formatted to print on a 4x6 label.
I've tried using the PRINT option and then printing, PRINT option and then saving as a PDF, DOWNLOAD AS PDF and then saving as a PDF, DOWNLOAD AS PDF and then downloading,DOWNLOAD AS PDF and then printing... all combinations yield the same ugly invoice. I've also tried SHARE LINK and then accessing the invoice on a browser... same ugly invoice.
Paypal: Please revert to the prior invoice printing format. And please stop fixing things that are not broken--you're wasting your time and our time.

It's terrible. when you download the pdf just when you'd think the invoice couldn't be any larger it's 10 times larger and 3/4's of it doesn't even fit on the page. I've have also tried everything to get them to print smaller using different printer settings. I'm not happy.

Any update on this???
March 18th, 2023 about 5 weeks after acknowledgement. Just curious when we think this will be addressed.
I've been lucky I guess and haven't ran into this until today. But seeing this thread - it doesn't look like it's just me.
Thank you for any update.

Hi Bindu,
Looks like this post was from earlier this year but over the last week, it appears PayPal has gone again and updated invoice printing when downloading PDF's. For whatever reason, each line item now contains and extra line giving the amount as the second line item. In situations where state tax is charged, it now breaks down the sales tax per line item. This is completely worthless information and I hope the programmers will stop messing with these formats and making our invoicing look completely unprofessional.
Are you aware if anyone has done anything to fix these? I've tried different computers and browsers but they all look bad. Hope you are able to get this to the correct department, as when I called the PayPal customer service number, they were nice and cordial but had no clue what I was talking about.
Thanks again and hope you or someone on this forum might be able to help resolve this simple issue. Thanks.
Paul

Since the last change a couple months ago, I have not seen any improvements.
My solution is time-consuming and terrible but still better than sending out the ill-formatted "printed/downloaded" invoices: After the initial <Print>, I get an invoice preview that is similar to the old professional format (this preview does not represent the actual printed or downloaded version, which is also absurd). On my 14" laptop, I can only see a majority of the invoice so I take two screen shots (top and bottom), stitch them together in photoshop, and then save as a PDF. This is also unfortunately as recipients can no longer copy-&-paste details from my invoice since it was generated from a pixelated screenshot.
To reiterate for the Paypal moderators, as terrible as this process and deliverable is, it is still a better invoice than the final printed/downloaded format Paypal has chosen to burden us with.
PAYPAL-- Please, Please, Please revert to the previous invoice formatting. It's a better reflection of both us sellers and you as a service provider.

I don't understand why they keep messing up the PDF. The font sizes are terribly large and amounts are displayed in 2 lines.

While the current format is slightly better than the early February version, I still find it embarrassing and unacceptable to pass onto my customers. As @cactussoftware wrote, the font is kindergarten sized and with the general layout, it seems to be more appropriate for a 4x6 label than a letter-sized sheet.
My workaround (Mac OS12.6 & Chrome) is to use "Print" to generate a preview, and make a couple screenshots (upper & lower), stitch them together with Photoshop, and then save as a PDF. It's a terrible solution but this is the only way I've found to get a presentable invoice. The huge downside is customers that need to transfer information cannot cut-&-paste from the pixelated image. It also complicates a simple 2-second task into a 2-4 minute multi-step, multi-application task... luckily, I don't send invoices very often.
@PayPal_Bindu: We appreciate your voice but honestly, without forward improvements, Paypal is not giving you the leverage for you to be a successful advocate for Paypal customers & users.
