Invoice pending

Hi I paid this invoice to a seller and it’s both of our first times sending an invoice and paying a invoice. we’re both verified and have no restrictions. I paid it over 24 hours ago and still says payment pending. Anyone know why?

Pending on your paypal account / the sellers paypal account or both of your paypal accounts?

OR do you mean its showing as on HOLD on the sellers account only?

Is there a clearance date?

Seller says pending but mine, the buyer says completed and the money has been withdrawn from my balance.

I understand your concern about the status of the payment sent from your account. A "Complete" status means we’ve successfully processed your payment and the money is in the recipients account. To help and protect the customers, PayPal sometimes review payments to make sure they were authorized by the account holder. While the payment is under review, it will remain unavailable and in pending status. A payment review usually takes 24 hours, although in some cases this timeframe can extend to 48 hours. If the payment is still in pending after the timeframe, please ask the seller to contact our Support Team to look into this further.
