Hello, I am unable to send Invoice. I am getting an error message "Sorry, we couldn't create your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries."

I am having the same problem. I can't create an invoice at all. I can't contact customer support and when I email them, they just send me to the resolution center. They are not giving any solution to this. How can this be fixed? Our business is heavily affected.

Sorry to know that you're facing issues with PayPal invoicing. PayPal system reviews every activity and may temporarily blocks the activity if it deems the risk. I recommend you to try clearing cache, cookies and history from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support team to add your information to any open ticket in order to help the technical team to get this resolved. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.

I am having the same issue. I see this is marked as resolved, though no real answer is given. How do we fix this? Move away from Paypal?
