Items randomly disappearing off an invoice after it has been sent to a customer

Has anyone else experienced this where your items will just disappear off the invoice after sending it to the customer? I even get an email notification which shows the correct amount, however when I click on the customer view it will show a different amount with either the items gone off the invoice or the shipping costs have been deleted. This has happened to me on numerous invoices since they switched to the new invoice layout.

I understand items are not showing up on your recent invoices, and I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend filing a ticket with our Merchant Technical Support team here. When you file the ticket, please include the invoice ID numbers for any impacted invoices.

Just an FYI for anyone that may also be having this issue. Got a reply back from Paypal technical team and was told this a known issue, however there is no timetable for when it will be resolved
