I live in Czechia, but I am not Czech. How can I have instructions in English on my Smartphone application?

I understand you'd like to update the language on your PayPal Mobile App. The language on your PayPal Mobile App should match the same language on your PayPal Account. You can learn how to update the language on your account here.

Hi Megan,

My mobile phone is set to French and my PayPal account on my desktop computer doesn't give me any other choice than English or Czech. I don't want to change my language on my mobile phone, and I cannot set French on my PayPal account on my PC. 
But it's Ok, I will use a translator when my mobile will show me some instructions in Czech language.
