Hi, when I connect to the app on my mobile, the app closes directly after login. How to resolve that bug please?

Try updating the app or reinstalling it.
Its a phone/app issue not a paypal issue.
Advice is voluntary.

For this situation, you can contact PayPal Customer Support so that they can take down your specific account information specific to your account and add it to the records so that our technicians can look into it and resolve the issue. Support may also be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
