Never received PayPal cash card

I dont know what to do . they said it was sent on jan 13th and I have not received it at all if I did i would have activated it by now. Some body PLEASE tell me how to get another card sent to me through the mail

I had the same problem happen to me i waited about a week or so for the cash card to be delivered after the drop off date. Once I realized that i didn't receive my card I contacted customer support, never got a response back. I have been waiting almost 3 months tomorrow for my card to arrive, there is no other way to report the card lost or didn't arrive. I would love to keep using this platform to make purchase but I keep encountering problems such as this all the time when using the service. It is either a limited paypal or my account password being changed and I can't change it back.

I didn't get mine either. It says it was sent this past November but it never showed up. I'm seriously frustrated. I can't use my money in stores like I want. It won't let me click the link for "Didn't get my card?" And order a new one. What the heck is going on?

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the PayPal Cash Card. In general, your card should arrive in the mail within 7-10 days in a white PayPal branded envelope. If you don't received the Card, please check mailing address on the account, before contacting our customer support. If the address is incorrect, please report it as lost to our representative. You can reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
