Ordered Gift Card Through PayPal Store and Didn't Get Code

This afternoon I bought a Google Play Store gift card from the PayPal store. 2 hours later, I got 3 emails. One confirmation, one receipt, and one that was supposed to have my order number and claim code. The third email had my order number but no claim code. I looked all over the third email and there was no gift card or claim code. What do I do? Who do I reach out to? I want a refund of my $25.

Sorry to hear that you've not received the claim code to redeem your gift card. I recommend you to read the retailer's terms and conditions for the step to redeem the gift card.
