Pay in 4 saying 'incorrect billing address' even if correct on bank statement and PayPal account

Hi there,

• Issue applies to PAY IN 4 option only
• Pay in 4 plan gets approved, but fails as system claims it can't 'find billing address'
• Billing address for card MATCHES credit card statement address
• Payin4 doesn't SAVE address, rather transaction fails.
• You can only pay in full, but that's not the desired outcome.
• This has gone on for TWO WEEKS. Still no resolution.
• PayPal say 'engineers are working on it'.. Two weeks? whoah!

Still not fixed, its several weeks, its fairly obvious where the problem is, I do not know why it is taking you so long to fix.  Here is a clue, you cant even search address's anymore so maybe have a look at your map/address function and make it work, so you know, it can find addresses it could previously find upon typing it, it doesnt give you a lookup when typing in the address anymore.

Ok here's what worked for me, another address entirely. Friends, Parents  whomever, Its not a delivery address so be it.

Wow! I deleted my PayPal account ENTIRELY , which included about 20 recurring payments connected to PayPal, so all those business will LOSE money.. recreated it about 2 hours later and...

STILL THE SAME PROBLEM...

so I tried the workaround mentioned here, put in a COMPLETELY different (and bogus address).. and

IT WORKED!!

Now it's gone to ANOTHER LEVEL OF BORKED I.T LUNACY!!

After COMPLETELY DELETING MY OLD ACCOUNT and RECREATING A NEW ONE..the Payin4 worked ONCE with a difference address, but when I tried to change the address to another, the thing COMPLETELY crashed and now Payin4 facility has COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED FOR *ALL* TRANSACTIONS!!!!

The one transaction that went through is waiting to be confirmed or something...

WOW! PayPal have just gone to NEXT LEVEL BORKED - AND NO REPORTING OF AN ISSUE ON *ANY* OF THEIR PLATFORMS.

Isn't that illegal???
