Pay in 4

[hahahahahahahah]

I did a PP pay in 4, returned the merchandise, before the 4th payment. I paid with a credit card, but the money was supposed to go back to my card but didn't. I kept asking why and they claimed it was a loan.Or that I used different payment methods in the purchase. They put the money in my balance to make purchases and wouldn't give it back to my one card.I'm not happy, and I've never had my account set up this way . Ive had PP for 25 yrs

If its in your balance then you can withdraw it back to your bank account / debit card yourself surely?
