PayPal Credit Payment Technical Error

Trying to make a paypal credit payment for a few days now and no matter whether I try the app or the website it says that there is a technical error. Anyone else having this problem?

I've been having the very same issues for weeks and Paypal has not offered any solution aside from entering your bank details manually through their automated voice system to process payment (or through their chat option = sketchy). There is no ETA provided for when this issue would be resolved, no concessions offered for if customers miss payments because of the issue on their end, and just an overall disregard for the needs of their customers.

It could be a glitch that you're getting an error and I would recommend you to get in touch with the PayPal team to add your information to any open ticket regarding PayPal Credit to aid the technical team in researching and resolving the issue. In the mean time, you can complete your PayPal Credit payment by contacting the PayPal Credit team

this is clearly a major site-wide issue with this error popping up on multiple pages including payment and profile update pages. there's a ton of us having the same problems

I am getting the same error trying to update my account info. PayPal needs to fix this immediately. i will not do business with them if they force me to pay via a chat or phone call.

I recommend you to contact Customer Service so that they can take down your specific account information and add it to the record so the technicians can look into it further. I’ve had the same issue as well. PayPal have been very unhelpful. I have Now escalated this higher up. My bank has no reference of no missed payments. It only seems it’s to do with the PayPal app. How did you get on?

Well I have same problem. I cannot make payment. It was successful last June and July. But be told it unsuccessful last month and this month. They keep said it declined by my bank?? Anyone have same problems that unhelpfully
