PayPal Pay In 3

Hi, I have been trying to use pay in 3 with a company that I've done this with before however, I now can't seem to use pay in 3 with this company and don't get the option coming up at all. Why would this change?

The Pay in 3 checkout option will be displayed if the option is available for the specific merchant as well as the transaction amount and type and also, not all goods and services are eligible.
