PayPal, Prepaid MasterCard, reloadable, Kroger

Hi, I'm wondering if what I read was true, I'm so new at this, I was thinking if I bought a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard at a retail store like at Kroger, that it would be a physical one to actually use, but it says when I activate that card I bought at the store, they would be sending out an actual physical card to my home to use instead, I was not wanting one sent to my house, I was hoping I would be able to use the one I get from Kroger. My question is, if I activate the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard reloadable I bought from Kroger, will I have to wait until they send out the actual one at my address or can I just use the one I bought from Kroger, because in real truth I only want to use my PayPal App to send money to my friends or family?
