I understand you recently made a purchase on StockX and opted to use Pay in 4, but the full amount was debited instead. I'm sorry to hear that's happened. Sometimes, with Pay in 4, you'll see the full authorization on your payment method in addition to the first installment. If that's what happened, the authorization will fall off, usually within ten days. However, some banks can take up to 30 days.
If you see a fully completed payment, that might mean that the Pay in 4 was denied during the checkout process. You can learn more about Pay in 4 applications on our Help Center here.
