PayPal credit billing address says "We can't accept PO boxes" when I'm using my home address

I'm trying to buy something off eBay with PayPal credit (trying to apply for PayPal credit too) and I put in my home address in the billing address, it says "We can't accept PO boxes. Please enter a physical address."
