So for the last few months I've been having this weird glitch on PayPal Credit. Before I never had issues with PayPal Credit and I have been using it for years now. When I go to my PayPal Credit on the app it will show the outstanding amounts and till when the 0% interest promotion runs. Now the first one on the list that had a deadline for the 1st of August was £30.06 outstanding. I logged in to make a minimum payment of £34.76 so that the outstanding balance of £30.06 would be paid off complete before the deadline. To my surprise after the payment was taken from my account and the outstanding amount for that purchase went down to £24.17 I waited a few more days but it never updated correctly. So I didn't want to occure interest and made another payment of £24.17 to dinish the total outstanding amount. This time that outstanding amount went through completely and the payment is settled now. My issue is that my 1st payment of £34.76 only brought the total of £30.06 down to £24.17. And I had to make another payment of & £24.17 to bring it to £0. So a total of £58.90 was paid for a outstanding sum of £30.06 to go down to £0. I've had this last month as well when I made a payment of over £1000 and the total amount outstanding did not add up at all. I would like someone to inspect why this is happening and if I cannot come to a solution or answer of what is happening with the money I will be forced to close my account and file a complaint with PayPal and the FCA. What happened to the remaining £28.87??
