Hello! I was emailed the $5 promotion and when I tried to claim it, the website explained how "We seem to be having some trouble. You may have claimed this offer or are not eligible for this promotion". The offer ends on the 31st so this issue is time sensitive! Thank you.

I received the free 5 dollar offer in my email today and I started doing the conditions of it and I saved it like it said and it told me the number of offers had been exceeded and I was not allowed to get the offer when I have never done it b4 and today is first Tim of seeing this offer why can I not receive it.

Received an email from Paypal (PayPal <deleted>) noting that it's my 20th year anniversary and giving me $5.00 as a reward.  I went to claim it only to get a message: "We're sorry, the maximum number of offers for this promotion has been reached. Thank you for using Paypal for your shopping deals."  Why award a free anniversary gift but limit the number of gifts available.  If that be the case, then only sent out as many gifts as are available and not play lotto with your members.  Or is this email just a SCAM.  So disappointed in Paypal.
