Hello @Eileen44
Thank you for posting your question in the PayPal Help Community!
I see you're looking to update the shipping and taxes of the PayPal Buttons in your account. You can update the changes of your PayPal Buttons in the account settings page. Here's the article with the information to add or edit a PayPal payment button : How do I add or edit a PayPal payment button?
I hope this information helps,
Bindu

Bindu,
I already know where to go to edit my buttons. The problem is: when I go to edit the shipping, and it says to go to my profile settings, I went to the profile settings and that option is grayed out. I can't see my Profile Settings. Is that because I have a Personal Account and not a Business Account?

I did finally get my answer to how to find the tax and shipping charges associated with my Paypal buttons. It was not through this community forum but by calling support and talking to a live person to take me through the steps. So...Kudos to the person on the other end of the line.
