I am 57 year old American male USA citizen who has been with paypal for 13 years. I have had their mastercard most of that time. I have a $15k credit limit. I currently owe $31 and rarely ever carry a balance. I have an 811 fico score.
WHY IN THE WORLD IS MY APR 28.74%?
My other credit is via pen-fed and my apr is 12.99%
I called paypal today and 2 different people refused to lower the APR. I requested a supervisor manager call me back and supposedly that will happen in 5 to 7 days. Really? It takes a person 5-7 days to return a customers call?
