I'm sorry but Paypal in 4 is a joke. I'm just paying my 2nd instalment and still didn't get my refund for the full amount that I was charged almost 14 days ago. PayPal blames merchant, merchant doesn't care and doesn't reply. In the end I'll be paying twice for my product. Yes, I blame PayPal for the way this PayPal in 4 is arranged with the merchant. It's ridiculous. I use Afterpay and never had a single issue. Wherever I can leave a horrible review about this system, for sure I will.
