Paypal pay in four

Hi does anyone know why pay in 4 option has disappeared? I go pay in 4 ans it says this option is not available yet ive ysed pay in 4 many times in this same store ? I've used pay in 4 for over 2 years and now it's not available and I don't know how to fix it

As its a short term 'loan' offered by paypal then I guess like any bank etc there is a finite amount of those loans they can offer at any one time.

Same thing is happening to me yesterday and today. Nobody at PayPal can give me an answer. They all say..... It must be an issue with the merchant............. I can personally tell you it has nothing to do with the merchant as I am going to numerous sites, and the option is gone. I have never missed a single payment just like most people. I also typically pay it off early. I can not get a true explanation from PayPal or any of it's employees. It just simply is gone as of now. I have gone to numerous sites to test this, and it shows up nowhere.
