Purchased steam key bundle, some of them were already used - what can I do

Purchased 100 random steam keys from a seller but some of the keys turned out to be already used - seller doesn't want to communicate with me anymore, what can I do? How can I prove the digital goods I received aren't as described?

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that some of the keys that you purchased were used. If you received something other than what was described and the seller is uncooperative, you may open a dispute for an item that is Not As Described. The process will prompt you to explain what was different than the description and you can make your situation clear there.
