So I have a question -
About Working Capital - I had 2 loans from them paid both of early - I rang and spoke to them first to ask - If i pay it offer is there anything to suggest we wont be allowed again , Is our account good etc - they said we can not see a reason why not - Understandable its not guaranteed support but with just a week to go for my event im struggling. I paid off the £616 that was outstanding and waited the 72 hours to re apply - Then it said not eligible this time error code DLGJ0906 - When i called they were like not sure , maybe try again tomorrow - So we did and again same result , so called again and was like im now in a position that can not be afford to be in. Can we reverse the £616 so i can at least do some thing they said have to call back on monday which is fair. My question is ... The first agent told me its based on the last year of revenue through paypal which to me was meant as from July 21 - July 22 - Which to meet the £9k threshold we exceed - we have doubled that to over £18k - Granted we are not a big business but we have a big impact on mental health amongst gamers and creators so its not all about the money- Speak to them today and they said its from 1 Jan 22 not july -july - based on this from 1 jan we only took £7.5k which means we have not hit the threshold for £9k - Surely this should not be right and correct. Surely it should be based on at least the last 12 months of trading - What if we applied on 2 Jan ( does this mean no one is eligible in january cause they not hit the threshold - Surely should be the last 12 months of trading - Does anyone know or had similar situation - The event is in 5 days and we are £2k short because of a brand pulling out so it was imperative we got the support - please advise

The thing to keep in mind with PPWC is its never guaranteed ever. And it does say paying off a previous PPWC does not guarantee further funding.
When people say they have paid it off early Paypal dont see it that way. You have a min amount you need to pay every 90 days and in fact one person I spoke to in support told me that paying off really fast does not increase eligibility and if you pay say before you reach 75% of what is owed this can work against you - as the system can decide you dont need further funding. PPWC is to help build a business not cover rolling expenses. Its a strict system but not more so than standard high street bank loans. In fact for many its often easier to get PPWC than a bank loan.
We have had a number of PPWCs and are almost through paying the most recent one off. Im not sure I will need to take it again but I never count on it. If its offered - I would consider it. If not well they are always other work arounds if needing funding.
You may get lucky but if your under the 9k thresh hold - then until you get above that they wont consider it. And paypal dont work on a strict 1 year to date to check earning levels and they never have. Wish you well with sorting out what you need but I would never rely on PPW being a certainty ever. I always read here many people paying of PPWC "early" then being stuck because they wont reloan. PPWC is to help grow a business not cover expenses.
In your case they may give you back the final payment so you can continue paying a% of sales I have heard them do this for others. But other than that - I dont think you would be sucessful in getting a PPWC based on what you have shared here.
