Refund completed but not received

I paid for a service through PayPal but received a refund. In my PayPal account, it shows a refund on April 28, 2024. However, today is July 2, and I still haven't received my money in my bank account or PayPal wallet. Why?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

You have provided no new information here - all this general info is easily discoverable on the paypal site. What I and I'm sure others want to know who have been waiting for their refund to hit their bank account (it's six weeks and counting for me) is, What do I do if it's clear the refund is not on its way and is actually missing??? I'm done waiting. What next? And please don't tell me to take it up with my bank. They have already told me to take it up with paypal.

I have contacted the seller and they told me to contact PayPal. I have also contacted my bank and they told me to contact PayPal. And with PayPal, I couldn't find any help except for the chatbot
