I see you're looking to redeem your reward points for a gift card. You can redeem the reward paints for an e-gift card from the Redemption Page! As you're getting an error, please try to clear your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device. You can refer this page for more information on redeeming points for a gift card. If the issue persists after trying these, please contact the Support team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal Honey page to get this resolved.
