Ship Station falsely back charging extra Shipping

Ship Station back charging me for more expensive services, even though I take pictures of every shipment and have proof they're lying

I can't get past the A.I. Chat Bot.

What do we do?  This is happening on every platform with UPS, FedEx and USPS Shipments.

It seems like they are just stealing.

We Photograph every shipment including the Packaging, and can prove they're not telling the truth every time it happens.  But it just keeps happening anyway.  And it's not just on this system.  But, on all the others as well.  Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Pirate Ship, etc...    All of them.

How are they getting away with saying you're sending something in an expensive Flat Rate Box or using some other or oversized packaging, or something else, when you have pictures showing that's not what you used?

Apparently, because we authorized Shipping Station (Auctane LCC) to collect via Paypal autopayment they can collect any amount from your account at any time and Paypal doesn't care if the charges are fraudulent or not.

I don't have an answer but this has randomly happened to me also. Small charges (average $5 USD or less) are being automatically taken from my Paypal account buy Shipping Station (Auctane LCC). There is no corresponding package or explanation or description for the charge.  The transaction is shown in my Paypal account but it is not listed in my Shipping Station account. I have reported/disputed the fraudulent charges at Paypal. I am repeatedly told by Paypal that my claim has been denied. Paypal claims the charges appear to be normal/valid and that additional postage may have been due on one or more packages.

The issue I have is that I personally weigh each package and always round up... and no carrier or Shipping Station has ever indicated any form of additional payment was due. I have shipped worldwide for many years prior to using Shipping Station and never once had a packing that owed additional postage.

I've seen zero evidence that these charges are legit. I have changed my passwords and field claims but getting nowhere. I'll find a different shipping solution. Too bad, Shipping Station was pretty convenient. I'm not sure about Paypal. The last support person I talked with about this was polite but not the least bit helpful. All I asked for was a transaction or invoice showing what the payment was for. I was told that Paypal has nothing showing what the charges are for. I've had no success contacting Shipping Station.

I suspect this is happening to thousands of people that don't look closely at their automatic charges by Auctane LCC (Shipping Station).

A few days after this orginal post I received an email from PayPal informing me that my "Case closed in your favor" and that a refund was being issued. There was no explanation of how or why these chages are happening. If only 1000 people daily ignore or do not spot this charge Ship Station wrongfully collects nearly 2 million dollars annualy.
