I text customer service and "Saddish" told me to wait. I told him I have been waiting for 1 month and the issue persist. and the answer was you have to keep waiting.

Then I called customer service and the lady told me that she did something to fix it and It will be fixed in the next 20 mint. 

And the issue persist.

 

So even if you talk to someone they are not going to fix anything. So I cannot use the app, I guess I'll uninstalling it

Apps don't work in some countries, and sometimes you have to uninstal and reinstal the app to re-set it and fix issues.
