I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to make a purchase on eBay using PayPal Credit. There's a chance you encountered a payment method decline by our Security System. When making a purchase through PayPal, the Security System assesses any possible risk. If a higher-than-average risk is found, the Security System can limit what payment methods are available.
