Too many open loans pay in 4

So I've been a very good customer of the pay in 4 feature, recently I had about 9 loans open at once with about 1400 pre-approval I paid off about 6 of them and now I only have 4 open and I'm still being denied because they say I have too many open loans? Does anyone know when I'll be able to use this feature again?

I have the same issue. Makes no sense to me when I have had as many as 21 open accounts. I called customer service and they were no help at all! I do my food shopping this way and this is very frustrating! I've never missed a payment nor have I had any insufficient funds for payments. I'm really bothered by this. Someone please help with this.
