Unable to Redeem Honey Rewards Points For Paypal Cash/Credit

I have attempted to redeem the PayPal Rewards that I've collected via Honey as PayPal Cash and PayPal Credit. Neither option seems to be successful. I am able to go through the motions of each and get a "congratulations message" stating that I will be receiving a confirmation email, however I never receive the email. I have attempted to reach out for assistance via Honey's chat system, and cant get anywhere. I get "hi there" and then radio silence each time. I have also emailed Honey and have yet to receive a response after several weeks. I am not sure what other avenue I can take in an attempt to resolve this issue. I have also called PayPal and will be calling again tomorrow after getting no helpful response.
Has anyone had this issue and figured out a way to solve it since Honey and PayPal appear to be less than helpful?
I have been invested in PayPal for a decade and to think this is how they treat their customers is beyond disappointing and is strongly making me consider my investment

Attempted to speak with someone at PayPal again today. Was able to speak to a supervisor, however I was essentially told that there is nothing that they could do because Honey is a subsidiary of PayPal. Absolutely unacceptable business practices here. I will absolutely not be using Honey moving forward and will be working towards closing my PayPal accounts. I hope that many others do the same over the near future

I was having the same issue.
I tried this link today: My Explore | Honey (joinhoney.com)
The Honey site showed the rewards I had available and gave me the options available for the transfer of those points - they are same options that would normally be available on PayPal.
I requested the transfer of points for cash back and it appears to have worked. If it doesn't, I will report back.

Has anyone had any success with the Honey Rewards being transferred as a credit or cash to their PayPal account? I've tried both (cash / credit) rewards options on Honey, then am directed to login to PayPal after which it looks like it's doing something for about 10 seconds, then I'm back at the "Log in with PayPal to Continue with Honey" screen. I never get a confirmation that the redemption has been successful. Frustrating. I've acquired quite a few points in Honey and can't use them.

I was able to actually get this to work after dozens of attempts. Here's things I tried which may have worked. YMMV:
* Make sure the primary email address in Paypal matches the email in Honey
* Temporarily disable MFA in Paypal when linking
* Temporarily allow third party cookies for honey and paypal domains
* Make sure your browser isn't blocking popups from Honey, for every failed attempt at linking, 2 popups are invoked.
* Try 20-30 times to link the accounts, to the point where you get a CAPTCHA. When the failed attempt to link Honey to Paypal happens, use the two new popups that appear to try to link.
This was done with uBlock Origin enabled, so no browser extension was blocking the linking. It seems like there's some timeout or bad backend configuration which blocks 95% of linking attempts, but eventually with the above, I was able to get honey linked to paypal to redeem the rewards.

My account is linked and when I try to redeem, I get a confirmation That it was successful , however, it never goes thru and my balance remains the same. Also, no new rewards have been added even though I collect them
