It sounds like you're having difficulty using your PayPal Credit as a payment method when reserving an Airbnb reservation. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If the option to use PayPal Credit is not showing when you check out, I have a couple of troubleshooting tips that might help. First, ensure you're using a device that you regularly use to access your PayPal account and turn the location services on. Next, reset your internet connection by disconnecting and reconnecting. After that, clear your cache and cookies on your preferred web browser.
If the option still doesn't show, you may be facing a decline from either our Security System or PayPal Credit (Synchrony Bank). If that's the case, you may need to use another payment method. However, before using another payment method, it wouldn't hurt to reach out to Customer Support at PayPal and Synchrony to get a closer look at what's going on.
